We are not the content of our consciousness (as many believe themselves to be)—we are the presence of awareness that perceives whatever appears within our consciousness.
The true essence of our being is that which illuminates all thought and sensory perception; it is that which enables you to be aware of all things. Anything outside of this intimate sensation of direct experiencing is a creation of conceptual and subjective thought.
Truth has no words.
Our ever-present continuity of awareness underlies all experience, it is that which reveals all; it is both the source and substance of all that is known to us.
We are this; the continuous essence of choiceless awareness that enables us to experience the forever-unfolding of present-moment-experiential-knowing.
