this week's episode is on all of the stories we continually tell ourselves, and how if we learn to move beyond them we can find greater calm and happiness in our lives.
we all have a habit of creating stories around each of our experiences; tales that end up being responsible for all of the uneasy feelings we burden ourselves with.
when we become attached to these fictional stories of our own imagination, we cause ourslves undue stress, anxiety, fear and worry. but these stories we manufacture are rarely true, and we end up needlessly suffering because of them.
