Don't linger upon any thought—
into the quiet stillness within.
Allow each thought to fade
into the void of non-being;
observe, but do not cling.
Don't resist any thought
that happens to arise,
critique them not;
rather, let each dissolve,
unhindered by query or analysis;
un-manifested by wandering mind.
Let each passing thought
blend into the emptiness
of all else that has no existence,
as all things exist only within the mind.
Outside of conscious perception,
all subjectivity disappears;
and only the truthful clarity of awareness remains.
